PB Motorcycles is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Customs delays

• Supply chain disruptions

• Incorrect addresses

• Lost or stolen packages

• Third-party fulfillment providers

• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues when applicable.
