By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products may be manufactured and shipped by third-party providers.
Shipping times, packaging, product availability, and inventory may vary.
PB Motorcycles does not directly control third-party shipping carriers, manufacturers, or fulfillment operations.
Delays, damages, shortages, lost packages, or production errors caused by third-party providers may occur.

PB Motorcycles shall not be held liable for delays, errors, damages, losses, or failures caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, printing companies, shipping carriers, or fulfillment services.

3. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

Lost or stolen packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If an issue occurs with an order, customers may contact PB Motorcycles for review. Any resolution, including replacements, store credit, refunds, or exchanges, is provided solely at the discretion of PB Motorcycles.
